APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION 2019-2020 MAGIC APPLE SCHOOL
Note: Magic Apple Afterschool 2019-2020 School year begins Thursday August 15, 2019.
Note: To apply for admission please return the application form below with the first month's tuition and the annual materials and registration fee of $100. New students will be contacted to arrange a visit once the application and tuition is received (checks will not be cashed until after visiting and it is agreed upon by Magic Apple staff and parents that enrollment is in the best interest of the student).
NOTE: Students meeting minimum summer camp attendance requirement (see enrollment policy tab) are the ONLY ones guaranteed a fall space.
