Ø T-Shirts and Count Down Timer Now on Display online! As a currently enrolled parent you have your own website, magicappleparents.net. Be sure to check this website periodically—it’s full of great information—see below.
Ø Please buy tickets and shirts (they are soooo coool--thanks to Morgan advertising and printing for the shirts) and videos by Thursday if you do not wish to buy them at the door! Your purchase will support our only fund-raiser for the year. Please note also--child tickets are for ages 4-6 only; we do not recommend this program for children under 4 (with all our talent and enthusiasm we're sure to run long). If you are planning to buy tickets at the door don’t panic—it’s stadium seating with great views everywhere!
Ø Check the website and current note (Dancing For Change is Here) to answer any questions you may have about show!! When to arrive, costuming, etc. is addressed; still have questions . . . email or call.
Ø Parents of 5th graders please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you’ll be bringing snacks (2 dozen) and drinks (1 case) as assigned (letter sent --don’t forget to identify yourself to the ticket checkers at the door and you’ll be given preferential seating right after grade 6). Please arrive 20 minutes early to drop off your snacks and drinks to 6th gr. parents.
Ø Parents of 6th graders please send us an email email@example.com to confirm that you’ve received your job assignment and your seat reservations (if you haven’t bought your tickets you must do by Thursday to get your seat reservation). Please also email or call if you need anything or have questions for your job assignment. You should arrive 30 minutes early and plan on working during intermission and/or at the end of the show.
Ø Please resist the temptation to escort your student to the back of the dressing rooms; we’ll have middle and high school students to do that. This is a time for our students to handle things and for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy!
Ø Comments after the show—please post them online—greatly appreciated.
